Psalm 100: 1-4: “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all you lands! Serve the LORD with gladness; come before His presence with singing. Know that the LORD, He is God; it is He who made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” The Hebrew verb for “make a joyful noise” is a highly charged command for public praise. The command is addressed not just to Israel but to all the earth. The people of the Lord may actually come into His presence and bring Him worship that pleases Him. What an honor!! Be thankful for all you have my friends – life is such a delicate balance. Have a super weekend and stay warm!!
