Galatians 6:7,8 – “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.” In all our daily choices, we either “sow to the flesh” or “sow to the Spirit.” With our actions and thoughts, we plant seeds that affect what kind of person we’re growing into and the level of impact our lives will have for God. When we’re sowing to the Spirit, we’re accepting God’s truth into our mind and heart. The fruit of the Spirit grows naturally from these seeds of godly truth and influences every aspect of our lives. When we feed our spirit with the things of God, we’re going to become stronger, more Christlike, and full of His life in our thoughts and actions.
